1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering with, or using the pak11 platform ("pak11", "we", "us", "our") available at pak11.org, you ("User", "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules or policies published on the platform from time to time. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not use pak11.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and pak11 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings relating to the same subject matter.

2. Eligibility

Use of pak11 is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied continuously throughout your use of the platform:

1. You must be at least 18 years of age. pak11 does not permit the use of its services by persons under the age of 18. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where the age requirement is not met.

3. Account Registration

To access pak11's full range of services, you must register for an account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

1. One account per person. Each individual may hold only one pak11 account. Multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") are strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
2. Accurate information. You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and must update your details promptly if they change. pak11 is not liable for consequences arising from inaccurate account information provided by the User.
3. Account security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must notify pak11 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. pak11 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to maintain account security.
4. KYC verification. pak11 may require identity verification documents ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any time as required by our compliance procedures. Failure to provide required documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.
5. Account closure. You may request account closure at any time by contacting pak11 support. Outstanding balances will be processed subject to completion of any applicable verification and wagering requirements.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

pak11 supports deposits and withdrawals through Easypaisa, JazzCash, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

1. All funds deposited into your pak11 account must originate from a payment method legally registered in your name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
2. Minimum deposit amounts and transaction limits are displayed on the deposit page and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
3. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, or to a verified account in the User's name. pak11 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
4. pak11 does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own charges, for which pak11 bears no responsibility.
5. pak11 reserves the right to suspend, reverse, or investigate any transaction that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, related to money laundering, or otherwise in breach of these Terms.
6. All amounts on pak11 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless explicitly stated otherwise for specific payment methods.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

pak11 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional offers to eligible users. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

1. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms.
2. Bonus funds are separate from real-money balances and will be used first. Real-money balances are used only after bonus balances are exhausted.
3. pak11 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
4. Abuse of promotions, including but not limited to collusion, multiple accounts, or systematic exploitation of bonus structures, will result in cancellation of all associated bonuses and may result in account closure.
5. Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.

6. Gameplay Rules

pak11 offers casino games, live dealer tables, slots, crash games, and sports betting. The following rules apply to all gameplay:

1. Game results are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer outcomes as applicable. pak11 does not manipulate game results in any way.
2. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, pak11 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund any stake placed. The decision of pak11 on technical matters is final.
3. Sports betting odds and markets may be suspended or voided in circumstances outside pak11's control, including but not limited to event cancellations, postponements, or data feed failures.
4. It is the User's responsibility to understand the rules of any game or market before placing a wager. pak11 is not liable for losses resulting from misunderstanding of game rules.
5. Maximum win limits may apply to specific games or markets. These limits are displayed in the relevant game rules or terms.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pak11 and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to appropriate authorities:

• Use of the platform by persons under 18 years of age
• Registering more than one account
• Providing false or misleading registration information
• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform
• Collusion or match-fixing in sports betting markets
• Money laundering or using pak11 to process funds of illegal origin
• Exploitation of software errors, bugs, or glitches for financial gain
• Harassment or abusive conduct directed at pak11 staff or other users
• Any activity that pak11 reasonably determines to be fraudulent or in breach of applicable law

8. Responsible Gaming

pak11 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all users. The following tools are available to all registered users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account dashboard.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose over a defined period.
• Session Timers: Set reminders to alert you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cool-Off Periods: Take a short break from pak11 for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) without closing your account.
